Create project accounts with access limited to selected projects. The admin account is managed by editing config/users.json on the server.

Group loggers into projects. Users only see loggers from projects they're assigned to.
Assign each logger to a project. Loggers without an assignment are only visible to admins.
Set a new password for . This is the password the user will sign in with — share it with them through a secure channel.
